So it’s week 5, day 36/100 and I’m currently on 49.4 miles and am 203/963.
So nearly half way through the miles in the first 1/3 of the time. I’m still only really counting the walking that I would be doing normally. I hope that in the coming weeks I’ll be able to do additional to the normal. My back is considerably better but I don’t want to push it and make it worse. Slowly but surely!
